1. Who we are

This online store, www.arkoactive.com, is operated by Walid Mahmoudi EI, a sole trader (micro-entrepreneur) registered in France under SIRET number 130 542 749 00010, trading as Arko, whose address is 47 Rue Vivienne, 75002 Paris, France. Email: support@arkoactive.com

2. Scope

These terms apply to all purchases made by consumers on www.arkoactive.com. By placing an order, you accept these terms.

3. Products

We describe our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. The Arko KneeArc is a compression support for sport and everyday activity. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or cure any condition. If you have a medical condition or a knee injury, please ask a healthcare professional before use.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include all applicable taxes. Delivery is free. The price you pay is the one shown when you placed your order.

5. Orders

After you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. The contract between us is formed when we email you to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may refuse an order, for example if an item is out of stock or there is an obvious pricing error. If so, we will tell you and refund any payment in full.

6. Payment

We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Payment is taken when you place your order and is processed securely. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery times are set out in our Shipping Policy. Your order is at our risk until it is delivered to you.

8. Your right to cancel

You can cancel your order within 30 days of receiving it. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains how to cancel and how refunds work.

9. Faulty items and your legal rights

We are required by law to supply goods that are as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your item is faulty, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Our liability

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your legal rights as a consumer.

11. Complaints

If you have a problem, please contact us at support@arkoactive.com. We aim to reply within 2 business days.

12. Applicable law

These terms are governed by French law. If you live in the United Kingdom, you still benefit from the mandatory consumer protection rules of the part of the UK where you live, and you can bring legal proceedings in your local courts.
