Returns & Refunds Policy
We want you to be completely happy with your Arko KneeArc. If you are not, here is how returns work.
1. Your right to cancel
You can cancel your order for any reason within 30 days of the day you receive it. This is longer than the 14-day cancellation period required by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
2. How to return an item
Email us at support@arkoactive.com with your order number to tell us you want to return it. You can also use the cancellation form below. Then send the item back within 14 days to:

We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your proof of postage.
3. Condition of returned items
You may try the sleeve on to check the size and fit, as you would in a shop. Please return it clean and, if possible, in its original packaging. If the item has been used beyond what is needed to check it, we may reduce your refund to reflect the loss in value.
4. Return postage
If you change your mind, you pay the cost of sending the item back. If the item is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, we cover the cost.
5. Your refund
We refund you within 14 days of receiving the item back, or of receiving proof that you have sent it, whichever is sooner. If you cancel your whole order, we also refund any standard delivery charge you paid. Refunds are made to your original payment method, free of charge.
6. Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us at support@arkoactive.com with your order number and a photo. In most cases, you will not need to send it back. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you can reject a faulty item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. After 30 days, you are entitled to a repair or replacement and, if that is not possible, a refund.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
