Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom.

Delivery cost

Free tracked delivery on all orders.

Delivery time

5–8 working days from your order, including processing (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays).

Orders are shipped from our partner warehouse. Delivery times are estimates. If your order is delayed, we will keep you informed.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number and link.

Taxes and import fees

Our prices include all applicable taxes. You will not be asked to pay any extra import fees on delivery.

Lost or late parcels

If your parcel has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, email us at support@arkoactive.com. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund. Your order remains our responsibility until it is delivered to you.

Please check your address carefully at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will correct it if your order has not yet shipped.
